Clients who purchase prints or digital files receive a personal use license only. This license does not transfer copyright ownership.

Printing and displaying images in your personal home
Sharing digital images on personal social media accounts with credit to @marian_cheaitou or MB Graphic & Photography Design
Gifting physical prints to family members

Prohibited Use

Using images for commercial purposes, advertising, or editorial purposes without a separate written license
Applying filters, heavy crops, or alterations that change the artistic integrity of the photograph
Selling, sublicensing, or transferring images to any third party
Removing, cropping, or obscuring any watermark or credit
Submitting images to stock photo platforms or AI training datasets

Requests for commercial licensing or extended use rights may be submitted through the contact page.

Design Work

All graphic design, branding, and web design work created by MB Graphic & Photography Design remains the property of Mariam Cheaitou Bazzi until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final deliverables as agreed in the project scope.

MB Graphic & Photography Design retains the right to display all completed design work in its portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Source files, working files, fonts, and raw assets remain the property of MB Graphic & Photography Design unless separately purchased.
